concerns quickly and effectively.
Please use this Web site (proprietary
issue) and the forms we provide to submit an automated request for
prompt treatment. When you log in and provide a description and level of
severity for the issue you’re experiencing, an Empire staff member will be
notified immediately. Clients can even attach photographs and additional
material to their issue logs.
Once notified, Empire staff can get to work resolving the issue. We will
propose a solution to help the client. Issues are only closed when both Empire
and our clients feel the situation has been rectified – your total satisfaction
is our ultimate goal! |
